Terms And Conditions:

1. That you are seeking admission in your own interest and accord.

2. That you shall be fully responsible for any accident/mishappening occurring with you/by you, /outside the institute’s premises and the institute will not be responsible in any manner.

3. That you shall be responsible for your rustication on grounds of misconduct, misuse of mobile phones, misuse of the internet, or any illegal and indecent activity.

4. In case of your selection for Medical / Engineering Entrance Exams / NTSE & Olympiads, the institute reserves the right to use your name, photo, and other information for publicity purposes (Print & Electronic Media).

5. That you solemnly affirm that the institute has the right to send you emails (e-newsletters), SMS alerts, WhatsApp Messages (Text, Images, Video, Documents), and posts on the mentioned communication details.

6. That you have read all the instructions of the Information Bulletin / available Online and you do agree to follow the instructions as applicable.

7. That in respective to the refund, we shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by the student or parent is credited into the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.

8. You agree that all disputes are subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.

9. Your admission is for the year-long program for the ongoing academic year only. 

Refund Rules:

1. Each student will be issued an ID card, students have to carry the ID card on a daily basis.

2. If any student is absent himself/herself for more than 15 days continuously without a prior written application, he/she be deemed to be expelled from the institute. No separate information will be sent to the parents. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.

3. Any change in address should be notified to the office without delay.

4. Institute will assist in providing a conveyance facility However, liability or responsibility will be of students/Parents.

5. Students getting a scholarship more than or equal to 70% will be charged Rs.10000 (non-refundable) for the kit apart from the fee.

6. As once you have enrolled you cannot change or cancel your registered package. Once you can enroll and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any change or modification to the same and neither will there be any refund.

7. Refund Rule according to Kota District Collector: 

   a. Within 15 days of the batch starting date: 15% of the total fees without a scholarship will be deducted.

   b. Within 30 days of the batch starting date: 30% of the total fees without a scholarship will be deducted.

   c. Within 45 days of the batch starting date:  45% of the total fees without a scholarship will be deducted.

   d. Within 60 days of the batch starting date:  60% of the total fees without a scholarship will be deducted.

   e. Amount for every particular in the kit will be charged, even after the refund amount.

8. Form amount / Token amount will not be refunded.

9. MOST Fee Refund: No refund of the Admission Cum Scholarship Test Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever

10. Registration Fee Refund: No refund of the Registration Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

11. Short-Term Course Fee Refund: No Fee refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining the short-Term classroom/online courses.

12. Online/Live Course Fee Refund: No Fee refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining the online/live classroom courses.

 *Any Legal Matter/Dispute related to Fee Refund is subject to Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) jurisdiction only.

*Team Fun Masters Academy only handles refund cases through emails. No phone calls are entertaining for the refund process.
